Ergonomic Ribbed Profile

The ergonomic ribbed profile is a high-stability twin rib tool designed for easy handling and pressure control. This is our most popular profile design and is ideal for vinyl, film, graphics, tape, silk screen, and pressure-sensitive applications. Injection molded in the USA for a consistent, durable edge, strong memory and high glide. Available in multiple sizes, corner options and materials from medium to stiff flex.

Design: Multiple materials, sizes and edges. Twin ribs, top and bottom edges. Injection molded for smooth, consistent quality.

Single-Curve Softip-Edge Profile

The Lidco Flexi-Edge Combo squeegee applicator features a single-curve, softip-edge profile. This double-edged tool was first made for window film. It works well on many materials. These include polyester film, vapor-coated material, vinyl, tape, and most pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) needs.

The comfortable profile allows easy use of each edge, the flexible edge allows for maximum conformity. Use the rigid edge for heavy applications and the rubber-edge squeegee blade for applying thin window films to protect against tearing and scratching. Features low memory and low glide.

Design: Single curve profile with square corners, one edge is rigid, the other squeegee edge is a flexible rubber blade.

Low Indent Profile

The Low Indent Profile design incorporates radial corners and a flat surface without reinforcing ribs. Constructed from injection-molded poly-flow blend material, this squeegee offers a balance of cost-efficiency and high quality.

The squeegee made with injection molding. It has medium memory, high flexibility, and high glide. This makes it great for light to medium-weight graphic film, vinyl, tape, silk screen, and pressure-sensitive uses. Available in 4-inch lengths and multiple colors.

Felt-wrapped Ergonomic Ribbed Profile

Felt-wrapped ergonomic ribbed squeegees combine our high-stability twin rib design with industrial grade felt to create two tools in one.

Black felt is our standard density. White felt-wrapped squeegees have a heavier weight felt for a softer edge.Felt-wrapped squeegees protect vinyl from scratches and damage. They can save time and money by reducing the need for wrapping a squeegee or using a premask.

Design: Ergonomic twin rib design with radial corners. One precision poly edge and one edge wrapped with standard, or heavyweight felt. Injection molded for quality edges.

Big Blade Removal Tool profile

The Big Blade Removal Tool features a profile resembling an oversized razor blade. It is available in three models using different materials to provide varying levels of stiffness. The tool is specifically designed for the removal of vinyl graphics and large pressure-sensitive materials from a range of delicate surfaces susceptible to scratching. The double-sided blade edge is beveled for scraping and lifting of graphics, while the heavier top edge ensures rigidity and offers a secure hand hold. This product is available in firm, flexible, or rigid materials.

Design: Shaped like an oversized razor blade with a precision edge for safely removing graphics from sensitive surfaces and a heavier edge for holding the tool. 3 material options.

The Chizzler profile

The Chizzler profile has a compact design. One side is flat, and the other side is slightly beveled with rolled edges and a center thumb spot for easy holding. The various contours and small size make the profile design suitable for working in tight corners with custom vinyl graphics.

Constructed using polycarbonate injection molding, The Chizzler Series is among Lidco’s most rigid removal tools. The Lidco Mini Soft Spreader / Applicator incorporates the Chizzler profile design and uses softer materials to provide a highly flexible tool.
