A round edge, or rounded corner, squeegee is used to apply vinyl graphics, window film, decals, application tape, and other pressure-sensitive materials. Lidco’s RC Poly Series combines rounded corners with balanced flexibility to provide smooth, controlled pressure while helping remove air and achieve a clean finish.

The rounded corners of the RC Poly Series are designed to reduce the risk of scratching film or leaving edge marks, but no hard-edge squeegee can guarantee a scratch-free application. Keep the edge clean and free of nicks or debris. For especially scratch-sensitive vinyl or films, a felt-edge squeegee or protective felt sleeve can provide additional surface protection.

The minimum order quantity for Lidco RC Poly Series squeegees is 500 pieces per item. Orders above the MOQ must also follow Lidco’s full-case shipping quantities, which vary by squeegee size.

Yes. Lidco offers custom imprinting and custom colors for its squeegees. Custom logo printing may be available beginning at the product’s standard MOQ, while custom-color production requires a minimum order of 20,000 squeegees. Contact Lidco for current pricing and project-specific requirements.

The RC Poly Series offers balanced flexibility and is designed as a versatile, general-purpose squeegee for vinyl, graphics, decals, and film. Lidco’s RC Nylon Series is stiffer and more durable for heavy-duty or repetitive applications. Felt Edge squeegees use a poly body with a protective felt edge to reduce friction and provide added protection for delicate or scratch-sensitive films and graphics.

There is no fixed replacement interval because squeegee life depends on frequency of use, pressure, cleaning, and storage. Lidco notes that frequently used squeegees may be replaced every 3–6 months, but condition is more important than age. Replace an RC Poly squeegee when the working edge becomes nicked, rough, warped, hardened, or permanently contaminated.
